Seller's Documents
- Ownership Certificate — The fundamental document proving legal ownership of the property.
- Property Card — The cadastral document showing boundaries, area, and physical details.
- Situation Plan — Topographic map of the property with boundaries and structures.
- IPRO Certificate — Confirmation that the property has no mortgages or seizures.
- Building Permit — For new constructions or reconstructions.
- Identification Document — Valid ID card or passport.
Buyer's Documents
