Seller's Documents

  1. Ownership Certificate — The fundamental document proving legal ownership of the property.
  2. Property Card — The cadastral document showing boundaries, area, and physical details.
  3. Situation Plan — Topographic map of the property with boundaries and structures.
  4. IPRO Certificate — Confirmation that the property has no mortgages or seizures.
  5. Building Permit — For new constructions or reconstructions.
  6. Identification Document — Valid ID card or passport.

Buyer's Documents

  1. Identification Document — Valid ID card or passport.
  2. Personal Identification Number — Required for property registration.
